I have ESO Gold on Steam.
I want to buy non-Steam Morrowind upgrade (from ESO Store or anywhere else, doesn't matter).
Will this non-Steam Morrowind upgrade work with my Steam ESO Gold?
@Kangaxx im not sure if it works but someone wrote that if you buy non steam and activate morrowind on ESO page it will be also activated in steam. But i really dont know if it works this way.
It would be great if someone from the staff confirmed/refuted it once and for all.
Or at least someone, who actually installed non-steam Morrowind on Steam ESO.
i cant see why it wouldnt work, if you have a elderscrolls account that you can log into on their website, then when you purchase morrowind, account status will change, regardless of what tied to the steam account, you steam game will already have morrowind already patched through the update,

is information you probably want, as someones already asked the same question
** Good News everyone !, i finaly got word back from the ESO support team, they said yes you can use the code from the physical Collectors edition and activate on your existing Steam version of ESO, as you might of thought, you activate the code in your account options section on The Elder Scrolls Online website. **

Thanks to all.
Just bought non Steam Morrowind.
Confirm, it works.
Does redeeming non-steam Morrowind to steam ESO added steam version of Morrowind to your Steam account (meaning you have TESO: Morrowind in your Steam library)?

That was confusing to read, lol. In sort, non-Steam versions won't show up on your library or DLC tab but you can still play them so long as your linked account has it. If you went to your ESO account and redeemed a Morrowind key then all you have to do now is launch the game through Steam as you would normally and wait for it to update (install) the expansion. That's it!
I had originally bought ESO at launch (so a non-Steam version) and then during a Steam sale last year (November I think) I purchased ESO on Steam and linked it to my main ESO Account so I can launch from Steam in BigPicture Mode on my TV and play from the couch. I know I can do it without that but it was cheap and makes it just a bit easier since I have the Steam Link already so why not lol. Anyway back to the point, your Steam copy of ESO is still linked to a main ESO account. I bought the Morrowind physical Collectors Edition and entered the code via the ESO Account page and it works just fine.
Your Steam account still uses your ESO Account info/credentials so just enter the code in and it will work. You won't be able to get it to show in your Steam library that you have Morrowind but when you launch the base game through Steam you will have access to all the Morrowind content since it will be activated in your ESO Account anyway.
