at this point anything would be better than nothing.. Right now Everyone seems to be pointing the finger at someone else, but none of them suffer for it. With the lack of interaction with the community I wonder if they even staffed customer service people to handle the world wide launch today.

I can log in the EU server but not the US server where all my characters are ... if it was an XBox Live issue I would not be able to log into the EU server I would think ....

Has to be a NA server issue as I can log on to the European server every time with no issues.

Having the same issue. Called out of work for today so kind of bummed. I know these things happen, but hearing some news would be helpful. Hope this gets sorted out soon.

Dude I have learned not to call out on the first day of new content with this game because IT NEVER WORKS the first day EVER!!!! Very disappointing again they have our money so they give a crap ... getting frustrated with their lack of customer service.

Never call out on launch day, I learned the hard way years ago ..... always make sure everything is okay on launch day, once working call out the following day .....

Same issue on XBOX one, can connect to EU but not NA, and I am in NA.

Delete the local saved game cache, full shut down, restart. Works a charm, every update its like this.

This did work for me.

WTF would they put in that local cache that prevents you from logging in, and if it could happen, why the F would you store it.

ZOS has no interest in understanding how the game works. They're trying to force their pc design on console and it causes issues.

Other small devs tried this too but on new projects they went with new game engines and different designs. No more problems
