Wanna get back to eso, and buy CE Morrowind - Discovery pack availability?
Seeing okayish reviews I am interested in coming back. Is discover pack somehow available to those who didn't pre order? Does it, by chance, come included in collector's edition which I would be okay with buying?

No but they may have stock remaining from when they anticipated pre-orders. ✭✭✭✭✭There's no chance of getting the discovery pack with a digital copy but you might be able to get it with a physical copy, if it's a code inside the box.
I know with the original game they put a separate code inside the box for the pre-order pack and those codes kept working long after the game was released. (I bought it 11 months later and was lucky enough to get one.) But I also know some games have switched to doing it based on when the account is created or upgraded rather than including a code, which means there's no way to get it after release.

mine did. at least mine came with a single code that unlocked discovery pack as well as CE specific rewards. I don't know if this continues to be the case, no idea if they will be making any more CE's and subsequent batches will come with different code or if CE's are what you see is what you get, so all of them have it.
