ZOS, still experiencing lag spikes / stuttering

I logged in a few minutes ago and I still get this lag spikes every 5 - 10 seconds.. This started right after maintenance and launch of morrowind.. This makes it really unplayable for me.

nah I logged out and back in again and still it lags, I think their server can't handle the load.0 -

nah I logged out and back in again and still it lags, I think their server can't handle the load.
How long is it taking to login?
Your suggestion of logging in and out would take me close to 30 minutes, with 3 drop-outs each at both the main screen; then character select screen. So, if I make it to a third character select screen, I usually get in. If I decide to change characters, then I have to go through the whole process again.
Creating a new character however, is quick and reliable. No problems for new customers!!
It seems to me then that the servers are effectively controlling the user load, just using a method that you perhaps overlooked.I got suspenders for saying "Testicular Mass" instead of "Balls". like, rilly.0 -

Read the topic, we are discussing lag spikes while in game its very simple can you discuss that if not then you don't need to post anything here.
we are not talking about character creation or the new players we are talking about lag spikes in game...0
