Vanguards challenge needs a nerf

If your solo in cyrodil and a half decent tank has this set on your gonna have 2 options, run away or die, but your not killing anything. Most of the time anyway. But I mean 15 seconds? really? If you think im wrong please tell me but it looks to OP to me. I think of a few setups with this that are really gonna suck.

or did you just mean it was bad the way it is on the pts.. i dont see how you win the fight if someone has this on unless their group is really bad. and i mean reaaal bad.

The tooltip is changed. You lose the effect if you are more than 28 meters away from the target.

This looks like a xv1 setup, just get a weak as *** guy taunt the player, and then run away like a ***, while your other member kill him.

And you can't do nothing, because you do weak as *** damage. Just spam those roots!.

We suuuure need more of this *** zenimax.......

It's a very bad set, it makes it really clear who has "taunted" you and they usually die immediately. There is a reason why you never see anyone actually running it, despite how easy it is to get.
