Is it true that norm dungeons only drop at 150cp? Or has that changed and it's just that they drop at 160 but blue?

Lavennin✭✭✭K. Got stuck on planar this morning. For an hour or so.. Just couldn't get it..
If you know the mechanics and the rest of the group are willing to listen, after a few wipes (or many of them) you will suddenly, magically make it and from that point on Planar won't be a problem to your group. It's just sort of like Dark Souls, where there's a point of "hey I get it".
(Too bad you don't end up with the same people the next time).
