Is there any addon that lets you preview locked dyes? Is anyone who has the knowledge able to create one in case it doesn't already exist?

The ESO Fashion website has player posts of customized sets ... most players have labeled the dye and armor style for each armor piece (you can also search for specific colors and styles).
