Took away a character slot

Update removed my 12th character slot I paid for has this happened to any one else?

Iirc it only shows 1 free character slot below the ones created, not whether you have 2 or 3 free or whatever. I had 10 characters & 2 free slots but only showed the one. But it was there as could not buy anymore. But applogies if that's not the issue, as this was before update. Put in a report in game always best.

PC or Console? On PC for a while now they expanded the character list and no longer show the unused slots at the bottom, instead your list just gets longer as you create new characters. At the top it will still say things like 12/14 even though it seems like there's no more room at the bottom for anymore characters.

Couple ppl on console can't use a slot...seems an unreported bug

It's on xbox na I put in a ticket they said they have no history of a character slot which is complete bs cause I had a max level stamplar in the slots for a year

@ZOS_GinaBruno how is this possible that they can just rob a slot and say there's no history of it

@Hallothiel it lets me buy one the slot completely disappeared and there's no make a character or whatever it said

On the PS4 I don't own Morrowind and still have one slot left but can't create an addition character.

Yea difference is I paid for this one if it was a free one I wouldn't care then they tell me they have no record of it I had a toon there for 1 full year

@ZOS_GinaBruno I have put a ticket in I got a reply saying they have no record of the slot but I had a stamina Templar there for a year so how is that possible ?
