Addon Problems... Maybe

I train my mount.
I get a pop up that tells me on of my toons mount training is complete (Even Though It is NoT)

I then go to that toon and train his mount.
I get the same popup that tells me my Previous toons mount training is complete.

I dont mind getting this popup message.
But, It needs to be correct.

Problem:
I dont know what addon (if it is an addon) that is doing this.

I came here to ask this quick question to see if any of you knowledgeable folk know right off what addon is causing this without myself having to go thru each day (when I can train) and disable my crap ton of addons.

It is definitely an addon as I have the same issue. Not sure which one it is but it also gives crafting research complete alerts so it might be a crafting one

100% an addon. Afaik, the default UI does not do this. I used to use an addon called Awesome Info a long time ago that did this. Maybe see if you have that.

If the exact syntax is "Charname has completed the mount training" (note the bizarre definite article) then it's CraftStore.

Agree. This is the only addon I have seen that gives this message. But maybe there are others.

Although mine is right and doesn't usually lie to me... much.

There is now a message when you train your mount, "You trained your mount from XX to XX in stamina". Or something like that. Your add-on is just miss reading it.

That is something ZOS added recently. CraftStore has been doing the "Character Name has completed mount training" for about a year now.

If you have either the original CraftStore or it's replacement, "CraftStore Fixed and Improved" you should uninstall them, since neither are updated for ESO: Morrowind (regardless of whether you bought the expansion or not).

There is an updated version that works on the current patch however (and again, doesn't matter whether you have bought Morrowind or not)

Install that version. That should resolve the issue you're having. If not, I'd post the bug your experiencing in the comments there so the mod author can be made aware of it.

The training completes instantly, as soon as you pay the money you get the extra speed, stamina, or bag space, the 20hr timer is not telling you how long it will take to train, it's the long is left before you are allowed to train again.

It is possible to open up for each character how far research or mount upgrade time have been counting down.

Open up CraftStore (you should have symbol on screen which you can click or a keybinding). Look in the lower centre part of CraftStore UI and you will see your (active tracking status for CS) characters name. Click on that and you should now have a table with all of your characters research timers, recipes collected, mounts upgrade etc. There is a tool tips in corner which tell you what it will do if you right/left or middle click on these section. You can change focus for which one is the active tracking status for what you need in motif, recipes, mount and crafting (research).

So before going to another character to upgrade mount, you check if this table is still counting down on that characters mount.

CraftStore did have some problems with errors messages introduced with Morrowind, so it could be that it need adjustment with how game now works with Add Ons.
