XBox EU crafting error.

Dear clever dev people,
After any of my characters crafts a glyph or food, for a writ, they get this error message:
There after, (until they exit the game to the character load screen and re-enter), if they try to craft anything in clothing, black-smithing, or woodworking, they then get this error and cannot craft at all:
This has been occuring for at least 6 motnhs now, but since update 13, it has gone from a 50% of the time annoyance, to a guaranteed 100% of the time annoyance.

Durian✭✭✭I am also getting this lately on the PS4 (NA server). Happens everytime I craft Enchanting or Alchemy on my main (other chars do no get it).
As a temporary fix, you can use the /reloadui command in the chat box.
Annoying bug, I would love to see this fixed too.

I've been getting this error too, although mine is only with woodworking, and it happens on all my characters.0 -

That kinds od errors are popuping on PC usually from mods.0 -

No add-ons or mods on the consoles.1 -

unfortunatley console text chat is randomly refusing to work
