Is Redguard Still King For Stamina?

I've already gone ahead and made myself a MagDen, and am currently in the process of deciding the race of what I want my StamDen to be. Should I go with Redguard, or is: Bosmer (Wood Elf), Khajiit, Orc or Imperial better? This is for a character that is going to be primarily involved in PvE end-game content. With a dash of PvP every here and there.

Pretty sure Redguard is still the "best" but the Adrenalin nerf hit pretty hard. You'll need more sustain than than just stacking huge stamina like you could pre-morrowind

Redguards are still best for stam DPS. The larger stamina pool actually equates to higher ability damage, and the dps difference between a Redguard and a non-stamina race is ~10%, which is a lot. That plus the extra stamina sustain makes them good.

From this, I would also personally place Imperials right after Redguards and Khajiits, though I have yet to test it.

I think redguard are still the best :-) Orc and Bosmer does not seem that bad though

I thought it was common knowledge if going pure DPS in PVE that Khajiit is best stamina race and has been for a long time.

People like redguard due to the sustain (adrenaline) although that's been nerfed a bit.

It's worth noting any of the races you mentioned are viable and only difference is small % in DPS.
Eg bosmer gives 6% stam compared to 10% redguard, the 4% stam difference will likely be a 0.1-2% DPS loss.
