So i have a question i preordered Morrowind from gamestop went to enter the code and it's invalid or already used. My question is. is this because i need to wait for it to be ready after the update or am i screwed

Get a hold of GameStop Customer Support.

I bought PlayStation Plus from a 3rd party vendor with a invalid code, I had to reach out to PlayStation CS, and they reviewed my code and my receipt then sent me a valid code.

So when you call/go to a GameStop store, make sure you have proof of purchase/invalid code with you before you get started.

When Fallout 4 released their season pass I put a pre-order on it because they had it for $20 cheaper at the time. I told the guy that took my money that it was for a ps4 he still gave me an Xbox code. While I should have checked, I admit that one was on me, this is a guy that had been there for 2 years and that particular store got A LOT of my money at the time so I saw him at least twice a week. They day the season pass became available I went to put in my code and saw it was for Xbox. Called the store explained the situation they wanted me to pay the extra money. I refused told them I preordered it under their deal blah blah blah. I got a hold of them told them the situation and through some finagaling we got it fixed and i didnt have to pay. Call them and tell them the situation. You may have to call sony or have them place you on a 3 way call to get the info but I have no doubt they will correct the issue. Good luck!
