Blood Cloud when drawing weapons

Quick question that I couldn't find the answer to. I did try googling around for it. When I draw my weapons they have a blood cloud effect on them now. I recently got the Mass Murderer achievement, is this a side effect of that?

    you may have poisons equipped or the enchantments on your weapons are doing their animation. i assume its just the poisons you have on your character. you may have not noticed it before

    Yeah, it's most likely a poison or enchantment affect
    Beware the battle cattle, but don't *fear* the battle cattle!
