After the game crashed when I was in front of my house in Skyrim I can't login back again.
After the server select portal (EU / US) the game tries to login but I always get an error message:

raider88Soul ShrivenWhat a massive waste of Time and Money, £44 for the Xbox one Version Disc, Then it demands a 32GB download, and then It won't log in. ESO website lets me in. ESO support ignores that and won't sign me in and Won't reset the password.
I can think of a worse game launch Since Frontier 2 CD and Floppy disc with Bug fixes at launch, That was PRE INTERNET days! Shockingly poor support and NO WAY to email them, they page has NO send button!

bmatson✭✭Well here we are once again and ZOS blames Xbox live for the issue and the only part that is affected is the xbox live store. Not core gaming services but since ZOS requires the "store" to work to play. They are down. Worst idea ever for a game.0

It just seems like common sense to anticipate a larger server load today. Coordinate with XBOX admins or what ever it takes to compensate. That is, if your concerned about the customer experience.....

It's zos/bethesda with the crappy design that lets that server take our login down. They need to stop relying on that crappy XBOX server for us to log in. No other game I have purchased content for has this problem. Neverwinter is 100% purchased content and never has this problem.1
