Maybe. But it's also a huge release in the gaming industry. Streamers want in. Even for a short time.
Dear Azura a company potentially spending money to promote their game? Well I never heard of such a... oh wait...
I thought we were all mad two or three months ago because all they did was listen to streamers and that's why they nerfed sustain?Yolokin_Swagonborn wrote: »Dear Azura a company potentially spending money to promote their game? Well I never heard of such a... oh wait...
Wait till you find a company that actually spends money FIXING their game and LISTENING to their existing streamers, instead of just blowing their entire budget on marketing. Then you can be un-sarcastically surprised.
To be fair, your screenie shows Sypher and KodiPvP.. plus one guy whose name kinda sounds familiar, and one dude who obviously plays for SWTOR. The first two are NOT entirely unknown. One has an entire thread talking about him.

I'm not sure I want randoms to decide/provide "feedback" about anything in the game.Yolokin_Swagonborn wrote: »Too bad all those streamers that went to ZOS are STILL MUZZLED by the NDA and can't tell us what they actually suggested and how ZOS took their suggestions.
Doesn't matter. They don't have anything insightful to say anyway.Yolokin_Swagonborn wrote: »A bit unfair to not know what the streamers talked about with ZOS then blame them for ZOS's changes don't you think?
Doltia... Reasonable... You're good!Yolokin_Swagonborn wrote: »Do you really think Deltia would have quit if they did exactly what he suggested? Lets be a bit more reasonable here, we all know how ZOS works at this point.

Maybe if Kaceytron played it I would be convinced.
You lost your swag yolokin, you look like such a bitter player now.

ProfessorBroman is not sponsored and has stated as much, Krayn i would guess not sponsored. Obviously Sypher and Kodi arent, MavShow used to play with Deltia and a few other streamers.

You better get used to it. Viral marketing is here to stay.

I think people have this idea in their heads somehow that acceptance is some philosophical high ground. Sorry to say it but in the real world of what WE make of it, acceptance is just another word for DEFEAT, and all the ways we convince ourselves to feel good about it...
...are all the things that make it possible.
"When you grow up you tend to get told that the world is the way it is and your life is just to live your life inside the world. Try not to bash into the walls too much. Try to have a nice family life, have fun, save a little money. That's a very limited life. Life can be much broader once you discover one simple fact: Everything around you that you call life was made up by people that were no smarter than you. And you can change it, you can influence it… Once you learn that, you'll never be the same again."

You are on the right track with that mentality, here's another way to say it."When you grow up you tend to get told that the world is the way it is and your life is just to live your life inside the world.
