✭Alliance motifs only drop for characters in that faction. You can buy the motifs in guild,stores from any alliance. They require a special,style stone per piece, which can be purchased in Cyrodiil by characters ofmthat alliance...or,bought in guild stores, where they're spendy.
To see the game translation of that style, screen shots of most any armor at any mat level can be seen at ESO-fashion.com.0 -
