Looks like an unintended consequence of changing heavy attack cast times maybe?
Otherwise not sure of the point here.

The point is Wrecking Blow animation cancel still works as demonstrated in the video. There is no way to dodge or block the WB as you don't see it coming until it connects.
It is also very much possible to connect 2-3 WBs at the same time using this weaving method. Maybe I will upload another video later to show this as well. Overall I was trying to address a lot of the posts about getting hit by multiple abilities at once and accusations of macroing, lag switching, cheating, etc. It is simply a way of weaving attacks so that the sequence of attacks and hit confirmations get de-synched.
This is how game animations (particularly with 2H) have been working since ZOS changed animations in the Dark Brotherhood patch, this really has nothing to do with wrecking blow directly as you can bug out many skills this way.
If you stand at a certain distance from a target and do 2 light attacks, after the second light attack the weapon should be on your left. If you do a crit rush at that point you bug out and the subsequent basic attack + skill (executioner, surprise attack whatever) is practically invisible.
If you semi charge a heavy attack a certain distance from your target, and then do a crit rush you can bug out the same way as described above, only this method will sometimes put you in that infamous "Fengrush Macroslice" that everyone thinks is an actual macro. But really you need to be a certain distance to someone for this to work, and it's not consistent.
This happens with DW from time to time, but it's less consistent than 2H.
I notice this ordeal on my stamplar in pve a lot. When I AC a lot of skill(not wrecking blow) they all seem to get stuck and fire off at one time. I've had at least 5 sets of jabs a few brawler swings and a crescent sweep happen within a second or two.
2H macro slice can happen under any circumstance where you're just doing a regular crit rush, just like you can crit rush into a load screen sometimes However it happens most consistently with a semi/fully charged heavy attack within specific range of a target.
The important thing to understand is that this is a symptom of animation priority changes from DB, not the use of actual macros. Many people are getting confused over how this is happening. Macro slice wasn't a thing before the dark brotherhood changes.
