Is the Morrowind Chapter a separate download from the base patch?

I pre-ordered the Morrowind Upgrade and am curious if that is included in the base game patch download, or is the expansion a second, separate download?

the base game patch contains everything, there is no separate download for the expansion.

Good, because I started downloading the patch at 6am and it won't finish until around 10am, an hour and a half from now.
