Can't buy Morrowind - please fix it ZOS

I sort of got over the disappointment of not being able to pre-order Morrowind, but now when it's live I STILL can't buy it.
I'm on PS4 and the upgrade is not available in the Thailand PSN Shop.
When I try to ask ZOS/Bethesda I get directed to Sony. When contacting Sony they send me back to ZOS. They have no idea when/if Morrowind will be available.
Please let me play.

pky1029✭✭Trying to buy Morrowind on the PlayStation store however it is not available! They only have the base game. I looked through the psn store in Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Mayalsia. Xbox has it on their online store so i dont understand why Sony doesnt. Contacted Sony a few times but no words from them. Buying the US physical copy would not be an option because the Morrowind code that come with it will not work on my account region as codes are region specifc. Can the marketing team look into it please? Thats a lot of potential sales from those countries ! Been playing this game since launch and I really want to play Morrowind. Please help! Thanks
