Magicka Based Roll-Dodge / Block / Break-Free (New Key - "Concentrate") ?

This would separate the blocking meta from the Frost Staff and instead broaden it to be general magicka usage while also allowing magicka expenditure for Break-Free from snares as well as Roll-Dodge.

PC: The "Concentrate" Button would be Mapped by Default to the "Caps Lock" Key. Can be set to be either a "toggle" or "while pressed"
Console: The "Concentrate" Button would be Mapped by Default to a Left Trigger + Left Stick "Click" and would only be a toggle.

While the player is concentrating their Roll-Dodge,Break-Free, and block abilities cost magicka (and have different animations).

Block = Active Aegis (or Active Ward)
Break-Free = Pulse
Roll-Dodge = Dash (use magicka to push yourself quickly in a direction).

    If mag receives this, stam should do more dmg since they are melle.
    Fair enough

    @IcyDeadPeople

    I'd love to increase the base damage of some basic stamina abilities, add in more variety to melee selections (weapon type altering abilities) as well as a few other things that are partially related (but I won't discuss here).

    Edit: Also it allows stam users another avenue for (Block/Roll-Dodge/Break-Free) that isn't tied to their main resource.

    The correct answer is, was, and always will be that Dodge/Block/Break-free should have been on their own resource system. The fact that they were not was partially responsible for the original imbalance between Stam and Mag builds back in 2014 and all the subsequent overcorrections back and forth between the two ever since.

    Sprint is a superficial system that doesn't really add anything to the game that couldn't be provided in a more interesting fashion via class-specific movement abilities. Bashing doesn't provide functionality that couldn't better be added to existing weapon skills.
    Really we do it without like, the musical instruments. This is the only musical: the mouth. And hopefully the brain attached to the mouth. Right? The brain, more important than the mouth, is the brain. The brain is much more important.

    This would widen the gap between magicka and stamina even further. No thanks.

    Completely unnecessary. Stamina management is a fundamental for learning how to play magicka builds.Besides, it ruins the distinction between the two build archetypes.

    Suggestion is a waste of developer resources that could be put to better use.
