Transmog System - New Crafting Bench: Tailors Bench - Overland/Dungeon Set Tools

Since this idea is making it's rounds again (and I'm bored), thought I'd whip up an idea for a system for it.

Tailor's Bench:
Using some Level Related Materials, quality specific Improvement Materials, and motif specific Style Materials an armor piece can be Tailored to a different style with a % failure chance depending on the amount of quality specific improvement materials used.

Set Tools: Using these specially attuned tools, you're able to mold the shape of [Set Name] Set Items.

These can be obtained for overland sets very rarely from World Bosses or Master Chests. These can be obtained for Dungeon sets very rarely from dungeon bosses and rarely from Vet Hardmode Final bosses.

Unattuned Tailor's Bench:
Use Set Tools with this bench in order to Tailor that Set to Crafting Motifs you know. (Allow multiple tools to be added to the Bench?)

    Too complicated, and another grind. Transmog should work just like Imperial conversion (for 9/9 master crafters).

    The reason for Other in my vote:

    I'd prefer a system of skins such as the wardrobe system found in the game Guild Wars 2. The reasons for this is simple.

    Once you get a skin you no longer have to keep the item because the skin goes into a library and becomes part of your wardrobe database.

    The skin can then be applied to the corresponding piece.

    Now when it comes to weapons I would like a World of Warcraft style transmog system in that two handed weapons should be all inclusive ie: if you have a staff you can apply and axe skin to the staff if you prefer.

    It's a system that's much needed in this game all of the basic game skins should become available in the game when it's loaded and then whatevers in the inventory or bank of the characters and the wardrobe should be account wide so that it applies to all characters.
