Is it recently broken? I never noticed anything wrong with it?

I, too, am very frustrated with this issue.

It's not exactly "broken", per se, but it does not function the way the preview makes it seem. It has special animations for "walk" and "jog", and keyboard users have figured that "jog" must be the same thing as "run", because we only have the options of "walk", "run", and "sprint". Unbeknownst to us, game controller players are able to achieve a movement speed in between "walk" and "run" if they hold the joystick juuuuust right, and apparently, that is what they meant when they said "jog" in the preview.

Since it is impossible to know any of that if you've never used a controller (and many controller players aren't even aware of this), many of us feel understandably frustrated that we were mislead. We have not gotten what we thought we were paying for, which is especially frustrating since a number of us, including myself, bought the personality specifically because of that cute animation.

This frustration is compounded by the devs having admitted to being aware of the problem, and told us that one player managed to "fix" the issue by running in circles and suggested that we try that. Aside from being a ludicrous thing to suggest as a "fix", it doesn't work, so now we feel like idiots being told to run in circles, like that would ever be a feasible way to run around in the game all the time. "You want to look dainty and fancy? Well, just twirl around like a lunatic everywhere you go!". I mean, seriously? I want to be a princess, not the Tasmanian Devil. He's easily voted the Looney Tune LEAST likely to be crowned princess. Well, maybe Elmer Fudd, but he's at least human... But I digress...

They need to either give keyboard players a keybind for "jog", or (preferably) remap that animation to "run".

The irony of being all huffy and pouty about being deprived of a prissy little princess walk, so we can flounce around a video game, all dainty like, is not lost on me, but it still feels like a rip off. If anyone is going to be indignant and demanding about petty, virtual frippery, it's a person who buys a snooty aristocrat personality in a video game.

they havent fixed the thief one either

I hear the frustration and respect it, however despite all this I am very happy with this personallity and it literally made me feel whole as it was all I ever wanted for my character. That and the make up/lashes that males could wear.

There were actually people months back who defended the fact this personality is bugged and I couldn't believe it! It hasn't been fixed yet and I'm with you - I want the jogging/running animations to actually work.

I was considering buying this too purely for that animation. Glad I didn't as thought would apply to run also! Will hold off till fixed if it ever does then!
