I'll admit when im wrong, Pirate Skeleton has a serious problem.

I personally haven't died to this bug because the timing has to be really bad but the risk of wipe is too great to ignore.

So when the transformation occurs you drop block for a second. I had heard using the assassin polymorph bypassed this issue but sadly this isn't the case.

Back to Bloodspawn *sigh*

    Try the skeleton polymorph. Works fine with me.

    Tried both, I have recorded video of the shield icon briefly disappearing during the transformation regardless of poly.

    This actually worked! It overrides the transformation so there is no animation.
    Works with disguises that change your entire character like Phaer Mercenary Disguise but not ones that alter your appearance like Kollopi Essence.

    Not all of them. I have two that work, the Crown Disdasha and Forebear Disdasha from Alikr Desert. Probably more that do too.

    That's cool pvp in this game is a worthless sideshow anyways. Now I just have to find a disguise that doesn't make my character look stupid.

    It used to work, but has been disabled in Cyrodiil with this update, all the other disguises I tested were also disabled, except for the Scarlet Judge disguise (disguise, not talking about the costume version).

    BUT, the Scarlet Judge disguise did not override the skele transform, and thus is still subject to the block drop/heavy atk drop/wep swap lock out bug.

    I have most disguises in game on a mule. I'll try them all in Cyro tonight and report back.

    In PvE its a bit more important to never drop block (although not mandatory like some people say). And its not like you can choose when Pirate procs so if it procs just before a boss does a heavy attack well... its pretty much a wipe in some cases.
