Another Nerf on DragonKnight Tank ...

    And this is stupid, next step nerfing the shields so it doesnt scale with max ressources (Tank shield, sorc shield) and give fixed values depending on you max lvl right ?! and why is that zos ? because your servers are soo crap so it cant calculate the values in real time !!!! YES thats the only reason and please dont talk about such *** as "It is made to balance the game" !! NO. Those freacking changes are made for ppl playing pvp and as always it PVE ppl who pay for it because PVPers cant play with that lag and that ping then they are making the game less and less complexe for their poor poor little and tiny servers. Thnx you Zenimax for you smartness and thank you Bethesda for allowing this.

    The 2 nerfs are directly connected based on Halls of Fabrication gameplay style people decided to come up with.

    It's such a stupid design though, spell sym and igneous spam for constant shields. it's very mindless, but zeni shouldnt have said that in the developer comment, i dont think one was even needed.
    its not much of a nerf for the caster people will probably still use it.

    hmmmm, when did Equilibrium become a DK skill line???

    I think you missed a few threads, i posted the Dev comment on the DK shield, and ifDouptnerfit said i forgot a post about Equlibrium, read back up from the one you commented and you'll understand.

    Most of the stuff is pretty easy to come up with. As soon as tanks read that their stamina isnt dependant on the pool size anymore they realized investing into more health is the way to go.

    It is, but still is a general skill line than anyone can use, so don'T say it kills the DK since it's for all classes. Finaly the healers will be used for something.

    Well i was expecting more from you Woeler :( did you start taking skooma again ? for someone like you who choosed to play with kitty as tank you sould understand how important it is to manage your ressouces. Yes using equilibrium was easy way, for regaining ressources easily and spam shileds, but in the same way that is not helping the group dps wise right ?! so we have to find another way but doesnt mean that equilibrium is garbage.

    It is, but still is a general skill line than anyone can use, so don'T say it kills the DK since it's for all classes.
    But it does "kill" the DK, it's a direct (needed) playstyle nerf.

    By kill, it at least removes that playstyle

    yes and I'm going to be a hipster and say I was using it before the update, started using it after 1 tam and switched out before homestead (the build was originally on tamriel foundry) its BORING AS SIN and also puts you in the position of effectively not being able to use the character for anything else. neither appealed to me.

    also one of the first rules of any game, especially MMO's is never design builds around exploits OR broken mechanics, you will only end up disappointed and perhaps with a sore face when your crutch is kicked out from under you.

    What exploit and what broken mechanic in that case ? Are thay at least working on fixing the bugs that exist since the release of the game without even talking about the bugs they came up with after patches.

    Oh please tell me how does your group survive the vCoA2 boss who spawns lots of adds without spamming shields (on morrowind, not Homestead) with dd's who do together 40k dps and without a templar or a NB in the group.

    Liofa, i wasnt using the Full health *** (70K +) but now ppl will use it for sure and they will go for 70k+, why?! well because they will catch up with the nerf of 5% to allies shields and for equilibrium let say that it is less risky to use it when you have 70K+ health then having 50K. Not a nerf but much then an ajustement was needed, but what bothers me a lot is that it always comes to pvp and the servers calculation thats why they are making those changes.

    Meh, the equilibrium change is not even that bad. The ratio you get from it is still the same and now you can even fine tune your health to magicka conversion. It really is an easy-mode button though.

    The igneous change is obviously not a nerf to tanks. More like a nerf to stamDDs but who cares about them anyway? They can all just go back to crafting/extra bag space role...
