Have some quest chains offer pieces of a "costume". At the end of the quest chain that costume is added to your collection. This would be more rewarding than most of the crap greens we are given.

✭✭✭They should also look into letting those with a full motif set be able to craft every single piece and put them all together to form a runebox for a cosmetic version of that set so you can add it to your collections, and whatever weapons you were using that's what the skin will change to.1
