That's probably the best way to make gold easily, if you steal smart and don't let yourself be caught.
Especially now when there are also furniture plans to be grabbed, laundered and sold...
Best of all, it is doable right from the start...
Farming.
The usual, works at endgame levels when you get the valuable stuff, run dailies, dungeons and such, sell the common stuff at vendors, put the good stuff in guild stores... same for rare crafting materials and motiv pages. You can also vendor PvP gear, there are people who dislike PvP, but can be tempted to spend their PvE-ed gold on stuff they don't wanna PvP for...
All this is more on the effort side, and also a bit luck dependent - drop wise.
Trading.
If you put in the effort, and have enough seed money, buy cheap and sell dear, that can make you the most, but is very market dependent.2 -

✭✭✭I would say being in trading guilds brings the most profit in game, cause where else would you sell a Sharpened spinner or war maiden sword would you trust someone face to face trade with all those scams going on lately?1 -

I would recommend at least starting DB so you can get the blade of woe, makes things a bit more easy.
can make 6k- to 35k+ depending on perks, and how picky you are, per character per day.
