Please note that if you do not apply the code included with your physical PC/Mac ESO: Morrowind Collector's Edition within two days of launch, we will send an email alerting you that you will lose access to ESO: Morrowind content within 24 hours. So be sure to apply the code as soon as you pick up your copy!

Does this mean that we who live outside the US and might have a longer delivery time than two days will have our codes forfeited?

Access will probably be restored as soon as you put in the code. In previous threads it was said that you will lose access like t he DLC and not be able to use your Warden. However if you feel your code will come in very late it is best to contact Gina or the help support. Gina posted a few weeks ago in a similar thread asking the poster to contact her. Though, not sure what will happen if all the international physical orders decide to contact Gina :P

I think some of the international orders will be shipped to the retailer a bit early but think they can only forward on once they get the permission. Hoping that this is the case and will be able to get my hands on mine tomorrow but guess only time can tell.

What?

Is this saying that if you buy a physical copy and then don't redeem the code within 3 days; that your money just went A.W.O.L.?
i have two response to that:

Legislation
Class Action.

No - just means that from 72hrs after go live till when you apply the code you lose access to the Morrowind area. Once applied everything is back to way it was when that access was suspended.
