base cost for break free

I trust it but it's always best to test it. I would but the server is down. From experience when I'm cc'd after a cc (because npcs can do that for some reason) I can never break the second one on magic builds, leading me to believe it's over 5k.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭If it´s indeed sub 6k stamina then the morrowind update either made siphoner/poisons or something else affect the breakfree cost.
I regularly die in pvp in the recent patch because i can´t breakfree with around 6500 to 7000 stamina left.

✭Sometimes i can't break free with full stamina (10-14k), so guess it is a bug and not caused by (intentionally) increased break free costs. Had other players complain about the same issue.0 -

TBH I think there is bug and is not related to cost. Sometimes I cant dodge with 6k stamina after having 2-3 dodge roll penalties stacked (so my cost is around 4k). It feels like some forced "minimum" and game wont allow to go below.Edited by SodanTok on June 5, 2017 10:19AM0 -

This. I think poisons increase the cost. They didnt before the Morrowind update. But right now I believe they do.Because I can!0 -
