What do you do to level and how long does it take you to reach level 50?

I've spent 6 days(about 5 hours a day, 30 total) trying to get a toon to level 50, doing quests, dolem groups, and sometimes grinding in Rivenspire. Only level 34 so far, it feels like it takes longer after the morrowind update, so I'm wondering what everyone else does to level faster.

I don't try to level faster, I just enjoy the content and will get to max as and when. (855 CP on my account, took several characters to max when it was still Vet levels which was WAY more difficult, and have some new characters at between level 10 to 20 - they will get there when they get there, it's not a race)

I have enjoyed it, multiple times on ps4, but I moved to pc when I got a new laptop, and I just want to get everything I have there on here. It's taking forever...

How do you do Skyreach solo? I always die because I can't out sustain the mobs, and the fear mages spam magic through the walls....

I had full training armour, ESO+, Psyjic Ambrosia, XP Scroll and was in a 2 man group with a carry who I was paying a lot! Even if there was a double XP event that would be not even close to achievable in 2 hours.

I'll hire you to take me through Skyreach and if you can get me 1-50 in 2 hours I will pay you a 100k bonus!

XP scroll + Ambrosia + traing gear + 2-man group.

Dolmens, public dungeons, world bosses. All three give good XP but only the first time you complete them. A few quests here and there to get extra skill points and some zombie grind spots (if not overcrowded).

Took me about a week of casual play (2 hours a day) to get my Warden to 50. So about 10 hours total.

Yesterday I made a magwarden and got her to level 11 in about 3 hours with no xp potions just training gear. Did no grinding just a bit of questing a few dolmens delves and traveling with the navigator.
I can get a character to 50 over a weekend by the auridon dolmen train. Very boring though.

this is pretty achieveable just need a mag nb carry that spams 3 destro ults before the 1st runs out

I take my time, hit up all the Skyshards and delves first in all 15 zones and sub-islands, which gets me to around level 35 then quest the rest of the way.

If I want to level quickly I goto either Skywatch in a group or solo farming in Imperial City Sewers, if I am not in a rush then its standard questing.

I do the main questline to get my soul back then start doing Cadwell's Silver and Gold. Doing this you also unlock quite a few skill points. I also make myself some training gear and replace about every 10 levels.

normal maelstrom is a good way to level

make a level 4 set of training gear
NB a purple set of level 4 gear with purple enchants will be enough to get you straight through to level 50, but if you are after a faster leveleing time make multiple sets of blue gear at different levels

finding maelstrom usually levels you up to 4 (if not kill some of the spiders outside)

equip any jewelry you have dropped from the chests

each run should take <20 min i think it took me 12(ish) runs to level my last character in there

there is a reset timer after you finish a run - but i usually go do a group event at a public dungeon

xp scrolls or pots obviously increase the xp gained

I take about a month at about an average of an hour a day. Mostly tooling around though. PUGs and skyshard farming.

I made it to Vet 2, just before they did away with it, but back then 1-50 took maybe 2 days.

I leveled 4 characters to 50 before the Cp conversion, then another 4 after I came back during december xp event and also during the other xp events I made another character.

Someone grinded Skyreach for me for about 2k a level for 2 characters and took about 6 hours each since I was only using the 50% pots / scrolls, so I guess divide by 3 if you were using the 150%, so yeah about 2 hours.

What is the higest possible exp bonus you can gain??

* ESO+ (10%)
* Mythical ambrosia (150%)
* Being grouped with someone (don´t know the actuall % bonus)
* Training gear (99% increase if you make all body and weapons in gold quality, 88% if not using dualwield)
* Being a High elf (1% exp gain from all sources)
* Pledge of Mara (Another 10%)
* Double exp event (Another 100%)

Anything I forgot?

Edit: There´s 1 Place that is better grind than skyreach and that´s Spellscar, big downsida is that it´s public and you´ll probably never be alone and grind there, so safest bet is Skyreach, but if empty Spellscar>>>>Skyreach.
