Instant death, no revive bug

This happened to em the other day and again just now. I was in Vivec, I fell over dead, I wasn't killed I just died. I got revived by another player and I son as I accepted the rez I died again. Again I wasn't killed, I wasn't even hit, I just died. My screen says Revive (E) Here, Revive (R) Wayshrine like when in PVE but neither option works and I can't be revived by another player. I have to relog to play again, which likely means an hour or more queue for CP campaign. This is the second time this has happened to me since Morrowind, please fix it.

Apparently while I was typing this I somehow I auto-revived in the same spot I died several minutes later, only to get zerged down because I didn't have game open.

Edt: Upon a better look my combat log shows me receiving occasional heals and damage the whole time I was dead.

I had the same thing the other day , the only thing i found to be working is to restart the game and blame dos for their failure

Girlfriend had a similar issue. Revived in seji and was apparently dead at transitus though I saw her idling alive. Only relog fixed it.

Its from a warden bugging you out. The bug has been reported many times and no word on a fix yet.

My favorite part is dying @ 100% hp, then rezing out of combat, instantly dying again and seeing 5 more birds in my recap.
