Everybody knows things are bad.
"Things have got to change. But first, you've gotta get mad!... You've got to say, 'I'm as mad as hell, and I'm not going to take this anymore!'"

And yes, I'm gonna be giving away my stuff.

And we’ll not fail."

You should wait until Morrowinds release then give all your stuff to random newbies.

It makes a whole new era of newbies happy and have a special starting memory, also you'll be leaving with good karma for wherever winds take you.

Thread lock is just policy. Community Rules:
"Goodbye/Quitting Threads: We understand that sometimes people will leave the ESO community, and want to post a “goodbye” or “quitting” thread. Generally, we have found that “goodbye” and “quitting” threads have a tendency to go downhill fast. It is our policy to read the feedback in “goodbye” and “quitting” threads and close them, regardless of whether they are constructive or not."

@Mrs_Malaka I wish I would have gotten to know you. Sorry to see players go when I just joined recently. Anyways, i can feel your frustrations, just being on the forums today and trying to be constructive, helpful, and sharing my ideas has left me with nothing for all my time spent.
    Best,

Everybody knows things are bad? Who is this everybody? All my characters are in a pretty good place at the moment and I'm enjoying the game very much.

I'd keep your stuff, in half a year you may (hopefully) have a change of heart. I have long breaks sometimes after getting worn out and then come back and fall in love with the game again.

Nah, I've been playing since launch. Taken breaks when things were too much, came back when I thought ESO might have gotten better. Unfortunately, after playing through Morrowind, I had an epiphany. There will always be the hopefuls who just know that the game will get better (I used to be one) and then there are the people who realize there are better things out there to enjoy in life. As of today, to me, ESO isn't one of them anymore.

I'm pretty happy with the game as it as the moment to be honest. Not really waiting for it to 'get better'. Just chilling with my wife and enjoying it for what it is ^^

I totally feel OP. Sometimes I just wanna do the same thing. I love this game, but I absolute hate the people behind it.

I think that is a very important point. Expectations vs reality.

Just enjoy what we have. The game for the most part is NOT in a bad place - but some people are. If you are not enjoying it - take a break. If you are enjoying it, run with it.

I understand this game may not be for everyone however I still find this is, for me, my favorite MMO to date. I am strictly a PVE'er and believe the questing aspects to be enjoyable. Fortunately, I have not seen the nerfs to be game breaking for me perhaps when I decide to do more of the end game content I will see what all the hub bub is all about. Though by that time all the adjustments will be in place and I would not notice them anyway. Good luck to you in future online gaming.

    Hello everyone,

This post is to let you know that we've gone ahead and closed this thread. The reason being that goodbye threads are against the Forum Rules, as one has mentioned above. It's never easy seeing a long time resident of Tamriel leave, though we appreciate your feedback and wish you well on your travel through other worlds.

    Thank you for understanding.
