How's the Game

So I stopped playing a while back once I got a gaming PC (modded Skyrim and Fallout). Plus I wasn't a fan of what the game had become. So I have a few questions as we approach morrowind.
1) is the game still a Proc-fest where everything is proc this and proc that and little skill is required?
2) is the economy still absolute crap?
3) is stamina still op beyond belief with infinite dodges with OP major evasion?
4) Had RNGesus become a bit more forgiving? Or is Prosoerous and Training still on every drop?
I play on XBOX one so any insight on the how the game is doing would be greatly appreciated.

1) I think procs have toned down quite a bit.
2) matter of opinion. I hate the Guild trader system, but the economy itself is fine
3) Nope. Sustain took a huge hit this patch
4) RNG is just that. The Devil.1 -

✭✭✭I think the economy isn't as good as it used to be, probably cause the majority of players are still on consoles and yes I would rather have a centralized server wide AH by now.1 -

A auction house would make it worse. Players like me sitting on millions could buy up everything and corner the market, then drive up prices because of false "scarcity". gamerguy757✭✭✭✭✭So when I left, I used a mag spec that used Spinner and molag and willpower. Every time I died in pvp it was because of op stamina, infinite dodges bc of that stupid shuffle, and proccing veludreth, viper and another poison proc.
So is it worth it? I'd hate to have to grind again. I used to clean Maelstrom in 50min with a magblade and now it seems like it's nothing

✭Yeah if that's what you are not looking forward towards. More so with the decision to push PvP in a Non Cp direction. I'd say maybe check back, in about 6 more months.
Proc sets are even more powerful in Non CP.
The guild trader system is still the same, so no change there.
Stamina is king of solo and small scale PvP. While magicka holds that crown in ZvZ PvP. With MagSorc being the outlier and gives stamina a run for it's money in solo and small scale.
