Walties99✭✭✭2.1 patch notes list it. Single target lightning attacks are 10%, lightning enchants 20%, single target dot 2% per tick, AoE dots 1% per tick. Wall with charged staff is only 4%.1 -

✭✭If someone tells you that any lightning damage can proc concussive don't listen to it. there is one FATAL exception: light attacks and heavy attacks with shock staff can't proc concussive. Any destro staff LA and HA can't proc their respective status effect.

Final tick of lightning heavy attack can concuss targets that are affected by the AOE, but not he target of the heavy attack itself.1 -

Yes so if you have a charged Lightning Staff (220%)with lightning Enchant and with the Destro passive (elemental force) for 100% you get:
64%, 128%, 12.8%, 6.4% chance to proc concussion, which proc off-balance which is minor vulnerability which is 8% more damage for 4 seconds, and if you have the passive from cp stars another 10% to off-balance targets.
So every 6 seconds you WILL proc your enchant and get 18% extra damage for at least 4 seconds.
edit: actually my math may be a bit off if the bonuses are additive with each other. So more like 20% * 4.2 = 84% chance instead of 20*3.2*2 = 128%. With all my Target Skeleton parses I have Minor Vulnerability and off-balance up around 50% of the time for an average of 9% extra damage throughout the fight.Edited by danno8 on June 4, 2017 3:32PM0
