72 Dolmens and counting and he hasn't spawn. Is there a specific area he spawns?

Literally today in Auridon on PS4, 3 Dolmens in a row lol

I don't know what I prefer more - having it all random spanws... or the old way of having it at set spawns... and having to do things like go to Cyrodiil for one boss

Those were nightmarish times.

Also little tidbit about that anchor - if you buy it and keep it open as a light source, you might not wanna load into your house anymore

the closing/opening pinion sound played at x10 volume only has its magic for so long before it becomes earbleeding. And it happens every single time you enter your home - unless of course you close the pinion before leaving...

I got the title after <120 anchors destroyed on 3 characters after One Tamriel, because of the "smart spawn"- the game checks what general the players on the dolmen are missing and spawns it if there is such an event (basically a conditional roll). You probably had the bad luck of doing dolmens with players that had that general. Before that, on my fist, I had to farm the last 2-3 - they spawned by zone back then - after 300+ anchors destroyed.
