You got the all caps thing down, but you forgot the mandatory exclamation marks. They'll never listen to you now.

More importantly, he didn't blame it all on Wrobel - they certainly won't listen unless you do!

Plus he forgot to mention that Monday is only a public holiday in some parts of the EU. It isn't in the UK, for example.

This week, maintenance was moved from Monday to Tuesday due to Memorial Day, right? A federal holiday in the USA.
Next week, Monday is Pentecost Monday, an official holiday in many parts of the EU and still there'll be maintenance.

It is a shame, ZeniMax, how you treat your European customers every single time. It is not enough that EU maintenance always happens during daytime and often continues during prime time. And now this?

Last Monday wasn't just an official holiday in the US, it was also a public holiday in parts of Europe. This coming Monday isn't an official holiday in those countries, and in any event why would anyone assume that most players are playing computer games on a day when their family and friends are on official holiday?

Prime time is accepted as weekday evenings and all day weekends. How often has scheduled maintenance extended into European prime time?

They don't care about holidays. It's Monday at 9pm EDT so they can upload Morrowind to the console servers for a midnight release. Makes perfect sense.

Not that my family and friends are any of your concern, but since you asked, I play ESO together with my friends, especially during weekends and holidays.

About 3 times during the last 5 weeks.

Scheduled maintenance 3 times in the last 5 weeks during weekday evenings and at weekends? Really?

If you're celebrating this holiday shouldn't you be at church instead of gaming tho?

    No, of course I'm lying.
Yes. The maintenance started as scheduled and - like always in the EU - during daytime, not during nighttime, like in the US. Since the maintenance also took much longer in the EU compared to the US, it was still going on when prime time started.

Before we end this conversation, I'd like to know in which parts of the EU the 29th of May was an official holiday where people didn't have to go to work.

Lol guys, you are still in good condition. Look at the players from Russia, although the avg salary is nowhere near the European standarts ESO+ price is around 18$ per month in ruble. They don't even officially support Russia.

Once again I am just curious. The OP is making a reasonable request. It probably won't happen but there is absolutely no harm in asking. So why are y'all dogging the OP?

It was moved because their employees would be off for the holiday, not because they wanted people to have more playtime on the holiday. Don't be so arrogant.

No, you got it all wrong - holidays aren't for remembering or celebrating people or events, they are just an excuse to not go to work or school and game.

Go to church over Easter, heck no, I'm gaming. Catch up with family at Christmas or Thanksgiving and remember what family is all about - heck no, too busy gaming. Visit or call your mum on Mothers day - heck no, gaming man....even though I am only downstairs in the basement!!!!

And anyone complaining about maintenance times - it is always on during prime time in Australia - between 6pm and 8pm start this time of year, depending on where you live.
    Australian on PS4 NA server.
    Everyone's entitled to an opinion.
