Altmer NPC Dragonknights

Here is my question: okay, we have a DK City Guards in Covenant/Pact, I can understand that, since they have Bretons and Nords. At least I assume they are, since they are using DK skill set. But what about the Dominion? Why they have Altmer DK's? Is it okay? We all know, it is not hard to make Altmer Guards as a Templars instead of DK's or give them no class skill set at all, but no, they are using Dragonknight one. So, what connection Altmer/Bosmer/Khajiit have to Akaviri? Why they are okay with DK's, while their art comes from Dragonguard, who later became Blades and were hunted by Dominion, as I remember.
I like my characters to be as close to lore as it is possible, and I would like to create Altmer DK, but I think it will look just weird in terms of lore. (Not assuming that he is another very special exception of his race and etc.)

✭✭I'm a lore buff, and I don't really see a problem with it. Bretons are the more likely of the three to be Templars, because of the Knightly orders, and Templars are ideally a "Knightly" class.PC - NACP 1125

✭✭The fighter's guild in ESO, most of the members are wearing Akaviri armor. Members of the Dragonguard joined the Fighter's Guild, and as we know, the Fighter's Guild has a guild hall in every province. Any race is allowed to join the Fighter's Guild, and that includes Altmer, so that would mean that the members of the Dragonguard who joined the fighter's guild, shared their techniques and fighting styles with all of the members, ergo the Altmer would learn the DK fighting style, and then they (Altmer who have mastered the fighting style) would pass it on to other members of their own race.PC - NACP 1125
