Just curious. :)
For me it was Sadrith Mora questline (Sun-in-Shadow's story). When I started it, I expected some easy "free the slave" sidequest but it turned out really impressive. :)

Spoiler is already right up there in the title so am not going to use spoiler tags, if anyone already clicked on it, it's their own fault :p

Sadrith Mora questline - I was expecting 1 main storyline and a load of sidequests, but the Sadrith Mora thing is actually longer than the main zone quest :D I also particularly liked the quest in Gnisis, and Lady Laurent's job :D

Sun-in-Shadow storyline. I really liked it. I also liked the quest with the Khajiit, near Zainsipilu.

So far, the Sadrith Mora one for me too. Just talking to the Telvanni is very entertaining, and had me laughing a good few times!
RIP Atherton, my beautiful little gentle friend, my Shining Light. I will miss you forever. Without you I am a hollow shell.

For me? Even though I wish I could save all the Argonian slaves from those blasted Telvanni, Sun-In-Shadow's storyline in Sadrith Mora is hands down the most interesting questline in Morrowind in my opinion. It was more interesting than the main storyline in my opinion, it was exciting, it was done with more care based on what I saw, and I hope it's not the last we see of Sun-In-Shadow or Eoki.

The main storyline was interesting, don't get me wrong. I thought it was interesting how we got to see what it was probably like in Vivec City right before Baar Dau actually did crash into the city. We also got to see what the Clockwork City was really like, which was surprising. And I did NOT expect that mangy mutt I helped in Skyrim to be the main antagonist...nor was I expecting him to cosplay as The Hound from Game of Thrones season 1.

Ald'ruhn's questline was interesting in that it was nice to see how it started out. I also like the new tutorial since it allows you to start the Soul Shriven tutorial from a dofferent perspective...a perspective that makes you hate Mannimarco as a villain more, which I like. It helps make the literal main questline much more personal.

I haven't done them all yet, but overall I'm impressed with the entire expansion story. I haven't done a quest yet that I disliked the back story to.

I enjoyed all the storylines... though of course I always did have a special appreciation for Naryu and her troubles with her apprentice...
I did however also greatly enjoyed seeing the hint as to the true culprit in Vivecs issues to be there in the backgreound at the very first tomb you go to ask questions... and I don't mean the skaafin, which pointed to the daedric prince behind it, but the other, all too easily overlookable hint as to who -exactly- it is that wants morrowind go to the dogs... ;) (and yeah, I only noticed the second time I went there!)
