Cannot Summon Feral Companion

On the toolbar it shows as "500/0 inf% R" on the 3 lines and pressing R does nothing.

I am having basically the same issue. I also get numbers like "250/0" and "inf%" I can summon my Feral Guardian although it usually only lasts for a few seconds and then disappears.
The Sleet Storm and Secluded Grove ultimates work just fine.0
