✭Wish Smart Loot meant that your drops fit your character's play better
Playing a High-Elf Warden Fire Mage with all points in Magcika none in Stamina, I get about 3 times more stamina based drops than magicka

@rafaelcsmaia if you were running some weird hybrid build where you had a bow on one bar and an destro staff on the other, it is possible that you'd still want the reduced stamina cost when you have the destro equipped. The 5-piece bonus is still (partially) usable regardless of what weapon you have equipped.
Even if its partially its completely stupid to get bow damage bonus using destro, even with stam reduction0
