Have someone tested this set for below?;

1. Does it increase duration by 4 sec on all different attributes, even if you have 3?
2. Can you backbar it, and still keep the effect if your poison procs on the backbar?

If the answer to both is yes, then welcome to permanent resource drain.

    No the cooldown is applied after the poison runs out meaning that you'll 10 sec cd regardless of the poison duration

    I am fairly sure the cooldown starts when the poison is applied, not when it runs out. Otherwise you could continually poison someone as long as the next proc happens before the previous poison expires(which would be all the time with long-duration poisons). Did you test this?

    On pts you couldn't proc a poison once it was applied and after that you couldn't apply it for another 10 sec

    Just to clarify, i am aware that the cooldown is shared and on 10 seconds. This set has no relation to that.

    But with this set, you van backbar a costpoison, and get it to last 10 seconds. Which means you can have almost 100% uptime on it.

    If what BohnT said above is true then even if the costpoison lasts 10 seconds, there will be a forced 10 second break after it expires during which no poison can be applied again, making the uptime 50% at most.

    Ah, now i get it. Well, that is just not true. The 10s cooldown works just like with any kind of procset. It counts from the initiation of the proc. So you can proc any poison (they all share cooldown now) every 10 sec on the clock. Meaning, that if the poison has a duration over 10 sec, you can effectively have 100% uptime.

    The thing about the cooldown being applied after end of duration is just false. Never was that way either.

    Edit: Just saw BohnT mentioned PTS. Might have been a bug then. On live, it works as per above, and always have.

    hey first, the CD starts on apply just like enchants (mostly) and also, there was no mention of cooldown in either the question or the answer so why are you responding "no"?

    EDIT: Wait i see it, it was referencing not to the three questions or even my three answers but to the last bit of commentary.
