Orsinium quest

So I bought orsinium dlc, and I bought it for 3 reasons: maelstrom arena, the dungeons, and the sets. So I didn't buy it for questing right? Well I just can't help but feel bad getting the dlc and not doing the quest. I hate questing and I'm so tired of it but i feel like i would be wasting me money not completing them. So my question is: IS IT WORTH DOING ALL THE ORSINIUM QUEST AND HOW LONG DO THEY TAKE?

If you're not interested in story you probably won't get the same reward out of it as many (it's considered one of the best stories).

If you just blitz it you can probably do it in a week or two of four hour evening sessions and 12 weekend sessions.

You do get SP and costumes from it, however not much which would interest you otherwise.

Maybe do it in short bursts between other content or whilst you queue for dungeons or PvP?

In my opinion it's worth doing, just do them at your own pace as and when if you don't like questing that much and once you've completed them you'll unlock another title for the collection and some new and either 3 or 4 new costumes.

If you find it fun. If you really don't enjoy it there is no point in forcing yourself to do it.

Games are meant to be for fun after all.

You could also apply my theory to game value for money, if you get an hours gameplay enjoyment for every £ spent you're doing well. So if you spend 100 hours in Maelstrom and have fun, you didn't waste your purchase.

It takes as long as it takes depending on where you are in terms of progress and skill level.

Some parts aren't soloable...most are depending upon skill and builds.

If you don't enjoy questing....not sure that will change but for me, it was worth doing at least once. It took me on casual play about 15-25 days but it's doable in a week for normal people or less

Lol that's the way I see games. As long as I spend 60 hours on a game, I've played my money's worth.

I mean at least do the main story and get all the skill points associated, which I believe is six skill points.

As mentioned also, I like the bear costumes that you get by collecting all the relics for the museum.

Plus then you've got the dungeon daily and the world boss daily to earn motif chapters. IMO by the time you finish all that you'd might as well just complete the area.

Doing the Orsinium main quest is so much fun! Do it at your own pace. You get lots of nice goodies - a super cool costume. Just 'bear' in mind it's pretty awesome!

I got the Hero of Wrothgar achievement and enjoyed it quite a bit - and still wear the Vosh Rakh mask, even over any monster helms.

It's alright, better than most non-DLC quest lines and more polished too. Animations are surprisingly well done as well.
    Sometimes, I dream about...cheese...

Dermont - v16 Pompous Altmer Sorcerer (With a very arrogant face!)
Egonieser - v16 Nord Stamina Dragonborn Wannabe
Endoly - v16 Tiny Redguard Sharpened MaceBlade
Egosalina - v16 Breton Cheesus Beam Specialist
Egowen - v16 Dunmer Whipping Expert (Riding crops eluded her)
(Yes, I had to grind all these to v16)
Akamanakh - lvl 22 Khajiit GankBlade (Inspired by Top Cat)
Targos Icewind - lvl 34 Imperial (Future) Jabplar
    (CP 830+)

You'll get 3 sets of awesome bear head costumes after completing most quests too. I hate quests, but done them just for the costumes. Takes a week.

I have recently completed the Orsinium main quest line. Unlike many others in previous chapters, this one is really nice and with a surprise ending!

    Yeah this.

The content in Wrothgar, etc is the best I've experiences in game. The main and side stories are great. However, if you are not into questing it's not going to matter. Just do it for the rewards.
