Missing Mount Skills [BUG]

I got an issue with the skill points for mounts/riding skill. They are missing.
I bought the Morrowind DLC and on the first day playing my mount skills were there and working fine, I log in one the second day and all my mount skills have been wiped/reset.
I should have 30 speed and about 27 for stamina and 4 for carry weight.
The only things that happened/changed around the time of them going missing is buying Morrowind and buying a wolf mount.
I did report this via the ingame /bug as well.
