Why doesn't self healing increase the healing number in Battlegrounds?

Thankfully it's not really a problem, but I'm curious as to whether or not this is intentional or a bug. I was running a 50/50 damage and healing build in Battlegrounds on Domination mode and ran around the corner into four enemies who proceeded to slice chunks of me while I tried to out-heal them. I lasted about 15 seconds, in which I took enough damage to cover my health pool many times over, before dying but the scorecard said 861 healing which was presumably from a mutagen on an ally. Anyone else experienced this?

    The Healing score is most likely intended as a measure of healing support you provide.

    Scoring you based on how much you heal yourself is kinda pointless in a group activity anyways.

    I can see your point regarding it being a measure of support provided, though I'd tend to disagree with the latter considering I'm also part of the group and healing myself is just as important as healing a teammate.

    I think it's probably a bug and part of the reason that healers are being shafted when it comes to points.
