Have read over the patch notes but can't seem to find anything anywhere. I recall being told that there will be a console buff tracker included in the Morrowind patch, Can anyone confirm as true?

✭✭✭✭✭Confirmed, it's not on by default but will be an option with Morrowinds patch on June 6th.
If you want to see what it looks like there should be some YouTube videos of it, I know Alcast did one but mostly picked apart the issues it had vs add-on ones.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver
