Loading the loading screen to load the game [Major Issue]

One of the biggest flaws of this game is the extremely long loading screens in fact it is probably the only game I own that takes this long to load on an SSD. However that isn't the only problem it seems there is a bug where the loading screen will just get stuck at loading while not actually processing anything and I don't understand why ZOS hasn't fix this issue yet.

watts320✭✭✭I have had this issue since the game came out. I get a message saying.. this is an usually long load time. And im like yes it is.. ive been for a shower and come back n its still tryin to load.1 -
