Lack of information in e-mail

Hello !

When one item is sold, I receive the money in my in-game e-mail. The e-mail doesn't contain any other info besides the gold amount and the name of the sold item.

I would like to know what guild sold me the item without having to go to all 5 trading guilds I'm in to check which one is 29/30.

Is it so hard to include this info in the message ? I have addons doing this, nagging me that aren't updated. Until the addons are gettin' updated, please add the seller info in the message from the trading guild. Not in the message title but in the body of the message so I could see it "loud and clear".

Get Master Merchant, if you're on PC.

It will show you the guild you sold from, how much, to whom, etc. It really is an amazing addon.

Thanks ! I'm using TTC and I'm happy with it. Anyway, it's not normal not to have such basic info in a MMO.

You should still use Master Merchant. :P even if not for the pricing. The statistics from your sales really help, and it also tracks your total earnings as well as your item prices so you can refer to them later.

You do know that you can use a banker to check all 5 guilds in about 3 seconds?

Thank you Drasn. I play this since 2014 with some breaks from time to time (ESO is a bit boring). I know how to use a banker. I also have bought a personal banker assistant that cannot do even half of what a banker does, but that's not the point ... yet, good idea for a new post

)

It is still strange to see such lack of information in a game that should be a MMO and yet many parts of it are treated as single player.

I use both TTC and MM and there is no real reason not to, unless you are running out of RAM

I don't like the lag of MM. Maybe on a better than ADSL internet connection it works better, but on both my computers (laptop and PC) the game slows to unplayable for more than 30 seconds each time I login. Since I often switch characters when playing, waiting for minutes between logins is really boring. So I deleted it ... still boring, but at least a bit faster

... but nothing inside the message. I would like to see it in the message, not having to open some other menu just because they didn't implement a basic MMO function in the game ... Ok, in other MMO's you also get to see who bought your gear. I'm not that curious ... but at least to see what store sold your gear, that would be a basic function that is completely missing.

Bump; you need Master Merchant; it is an add-on and will show your sales along with who purchased it, and which guild sold it (among other bits of info).

Thank you too Gedalya. The problem with MM is that it lags my first minute or so after login. I don't know what's loading or sending so much, but on my slow internet connection (only ADSL is available in my town), I barely can play the game. So MM is too slow for me. TTC on the other hand is sending all the data after you exit the game, so it doesn't overload your connection if it is slow like mine. Only for this I like TTC more ... I've had both installed for a while and I also find MM more useful ... the only problem is the initial lag and the lack of an option to send the data at a different time, not having an external client & database.
