stamina warden build help

I am determined to play a stamdon... I want the bear. The whole point of the mag warden doesnt make sense to me. Can anyone point me in the direction of good theory crafting or stamdon tutorials? Right now my dps *** a big bear... paw.

or... what has been working (dps wise) for you yourself?

Also, is anyone doing a hybrid build with success?

Is it possible to be a tank or healer and be useful or is the bear just for dps?

Still Work in Progress but:

Bow/Bow Stamina Warden "Hunter" build. With Cutting Dive spam with caltrops, endless hail, poison injection and bear ultimate is possible.
Master/Maelstorm Bows, two fanged snake, 3p VO/Alkosh and 1Kragh 1Kena. Maybe Ballista ulti outperforms bear. Maybe Marksman outperforms TFS!

The hunter sounds cool! I'm only looking for builds that use the bear for now. I saw alakast or w/e his names build that looks fun.

I wish there was a viable tank/bear build

Too bad they don't have different morphs like bear protects you and adds armor or something

Unfortunately, until changed, the bear ultimate is significantly underwhelming and borderline useless as compared to the other 2 ultimates on the class tree provided alone.
Healing thicket is useable on a stamina build, and I would suggest it at least on your back bar. Bow/Bow is almost never viable due to the fact that the weapon class in and of itself has never been a primary dps source such as 2H or Dual wielded weapons have. Not to mention the nerf to heavy attacks made with bows is a significant drop to the inherent "burstability" of the weapon tree. Most of the classes Stamina based damage will come out of using a 2H weapon, combined with the Subterranean Assault ability. Hook that up with Dawnbreaker or a well placed Onslaught and you can clear a ton of enemies or enemy players in pvp very quickly.

As far as sets are concerned, I'm sure you could make excellent use of the Hundings Rage set as a general go to. Ive also got someone in my guild using the Senche set with Eternal Hunt for PvP, making an excellent Trapper build.

All in all, it comes down to what you want to do with the class, but currently, the Green Balance heals are so off the wall broken that I don't see any reason to use anything except for that primarily.
