How to Duo as Templars?

So now that Health tanking has been nerfed to death due to PvP troll builds, what now?

Me and my wife chose Templars so we could Duo Boss mobs even if it took forever. After the Stam nerfs my "Stamplar" could not survive due to sustain then I went "Blazepar". Well now that does not work as a Duo since there is now almost no damage to kill anything no matter how long it takes.

So after spending a ton of money and time learning a new build we have to do it all over again but how, where are the builds that compensate for the Nerfs?

Anyone Duo as Templars and have a way to kill boss mobs? If so please share your build after patch. Honestly we are getting to the point of not wanting to log in anymore due to this never ending trend to Nerf PvE because PvP.

forget about Templars. They dead. Play Sorc, it's the only playable class.

What mocap said. Just reroll Sorc. Templars, although my favorite theme for a class, just aren't any good. They never really have been. Blame ZOS for their poor vision on how a Templar should be.

So can two (Duo) Sorcs kill named/boss mobs in overland or delves?

If so where can I find some Sorc builds since Deltia was right ?
I assume that you would need one built as a Tank and one as a Healer/DPS

Solo'ing world bosses? You won't need BiS gear. As a magplar you literally won't die as long as you're in rune and ritual you can literally spam sweeps through ALL non-trial content. 5 julianos 4 Seducer 3 willpower should be plenty fine

it was. Before today. You want die as long have magika to sweep. And now you haven't and that heavy attacks is crap due to no tank (no pets). So while you charge heavy, boss can easily kill your toon.

No pets, no speed boost, no cost reduction, no major mending. Actually you still have a pretty powerful ability - CHAT ) To call Sorcs for help lol...

As a Magplar, I didn' have troubles duo-ing all the content, and actually solo-ing a large part of it (including non-DLC vet Dungeons). The fact ressources management is harder isn't killing Magplars the way you want to play them.
If you don't care about your dps, as long you can finish content, just run 2-3 glyphs of cost reduction and make full-use of all the skills that replenish mana (that is to say, the Rune and Elemental Drain).

Magplars won't die as long as they spam sweeps, right ? So, play with 2 Magplars, and switch aggro. While one of you is spamming sweeps, the other can regen. And then you switch. You can overheal most of the incoming damages while spamming sweeps since it heals you of 41% of dmgs done. (Thus, you have to focus on offensive sets)

A very easy way to clean content with 2 Magplars (that I am using) is with this kind of build :
- Bar 1 (damages) : Dual Wield : sweeps, shards, inner light, radiant glory...
- Bar 2 (healing & sustain) : Healing Staff : Rune, Honor the Dead, Radiant Aura, inner light, undaunted taunt... and Life Giver (healing staff ult).

The 2nd templar can run a Destro staff instead of a heal one, and thus put on Elemental Drain. But, be careful, Life Giver is a groundbreaking ultimate when you play solo/duo. Basically, it reads "you and your teammate can't be killed for 6s". When my mate dies, I just cast this and rez him, while the boss is on me (just be careful about interrupts).

As for the stuff, I personnaly use Julianos + Moondancer + Skoria (I prefer Skoria for burst dammage), 5 lights, 2 heavy.
My mate uses Julianos + Spell Power Cure + Skoria, 5 lights, 2 heavy.
But you can use quite every Julianos + [insert offensive 5p set] + insert offensive Monster Helm set.

And... there you go and you can duo all the content

Sweeps has been nerfed, it doesn't heal you on the first tick anymore.

The game has changed, there are just some things in the game that require you to have more then one, two or even three people. Make some friends, it is an MMO after all.

You know it takes a huge amount of skill to play a High Health blazeplar build right?? That kind of build ain´t no "trollbuild". Takes a lot of practice to benefit from "Health builds" since you sacrifice magicka and stamina to gain more Health.

Just because you can´t kill that kind of build doesn´t mean it´s a trollbuild.

Good spot for builds. Many are updated for Morowind. And yes, the Sorc can tank. The sorc can literally do everything, and most often better then most classes. Tank, stamina dps, magicka dps, heals...the list goes on. ESO is actually an acronym for Elder Sorcs Online. Or Elder Staves Online.

I kid. Sarcasm off. seriously though, you can get a sorc to do anything. They just have an amazing skill set. the nerfs to resources may make some builds more difficult to work with, but I'll bet my last cigar that sorcs will still come out on top after all the dust has settled in morrowind.

Apparently it was a bug, it has been fixed now, though with all the nerfs temps got, I am quite surprised that this wasn't a bug.
