Crystal Fragments Proc Sound - Missing on FTC updated

After I have updated Addon FTC to the Morrowind version (0.82) and I noticed I lost the sound (tic) of the Source Skill Crystal Fragments Proc. However, the combat text is still showing information when proc. Does anyone else noted missing the tic sound?
