I know it may have been asked before but I can't locate it, is this quest permanent? Or is it due to go away eventually?

✭✭✭✭✭I can't prove it, but I suspect the quest is limited time. The reason I think this is because the memento does not show up in your collections window if you haven't completed the quest yet.
That said, I'd be kinda surprised if this contend did simply go away.0 -
